Paul has 17 years of senior TGA experience, principally as Head of OTC Medicines but also as Head of Poisons Scheduling and Traditional Medicines and as Secretary of the Medicines Evaluation Committee and National Drugs and Poisons Scheduling Committee.

He was responsible for developing TGA policy, legislation and guidelines on OTC medicines from 1991 to 2006.

Since forming AEA in 2006 Paul has helped many pharmaceutical companies achieve their goals in dealing with regulatory agencies.
